Subway's subs are not great. There are much better options in the area. And lots of times the lettuce and other veggies are... pretty wilty. However, the cookies and their cherry coke is what makes me come back. Nothing beats those two options. Read more
I made an order online and somehow it got canceled. I called to see what happened since I didn?t cancel my order. The girl on... the phone was very rude and told me ?We are in a lunch rush and I do not have time for this.? And hung up on me. I tried to callback so I could get a number or a manager to call to fix it and was hung up on again without saying a word. I usually always go to this subway...but I ordered a sandwich thru the app at last minute I changed my mind and ordered a... smaller one. Sent my order and went to review it. Realize it was the wrong sandwich and had 2 of them! Went to call them tocancel it and reorder and she said they already made them and couldn't do anything cause they were made. I ordered subway through their app. When my dasher went to pick it up they were in contact with me. Subway said someone already... picked up my order and I never got it. It took me calling them 15 times for subway to answer. I told them I never got the foodand just forget it. I just want my money back. They told me to call doordash cause they have the money. I called doordash andthey said they already transferred the money to subway. I called subway again and this time it took me calling over 30 times forsomeone to answer and it?s just a huge mess. Worker literally did not know the difference between turkey and chicken. After they asked me what veggies I told them and they... proceeded to put wrong vegetables on after I told them three times. All thee workers were clearly high and had no clue what wasactually going on. Sub way is my favorite fast food and I will never be visiting this location again. Read more
The food was good, the pricing average and the service was fast - we were there Sat (Oct 5) approx noon. However, the woman at... the cash register was rude to my sister when my sister inquired about the 3 cookies for $1 special ("We don't have have that!"Then when my sister said "I thought we got it last time," the woman snapped"not here! Maybe another Subway but we've never hadthat price"). The worker was just too snippy about it. BE KIND; REMEMBER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS KEY. Will we go back? Not sure.May give it another try.
