Didn't get complete order and phone number is a fax number.
I had a Subway coupon I was definitely looking forward to using. (3 footlongs it said available for a VERY Reasonable price! . .... . I thought!). Unfortunately there was fine print at the very bottom that I could not/did not see, Excluding 2 of my sandwiches,I had to pay Full price! Disappointment. The sandwiches I ordered were good. Made my way! The last thing about Subway is thatnot all companies in all states have the Athlete Specialty sandwiches advertised on TV, (the Barkley, Simone Biles, Tony Hawk,etc.) Because of this we had to change our orders in the store, when we had previously made our selections looking at theon-line menu. . . Ordered chicken bacon ranch with light ranch and light lettuce toasted with provalone cheese. It was missing the provalone,... there was no lettuce at all, and it wasn't toasted at all. Tried to call several times and no solution was offered. Had to tossmy sandwich in the trash. Do not waste your money, go to a different location. Cedar falls location is much better. Read more
So i got email saying I could get a sub if I bought one and to show cashier the code AFTER ORDERING she refused to take a code... said it was for online but when I contacted support they said they apologize but the cashier was wrong this is not the only timeI had problems with this store I'm so over subway I will spend my money at sub city ???? I'm not going to dock stars because they didn't have gluten free bread. The workers were extremely courteous and they had... genuine smiles on their faces. My food was made to perfection. Definitely worth a stop! Read more
I ordered a sweet onion chicken teriyaki extra meat, cheese, and sauce. I got some cheese, some sauce (tasted nothing like the... sweet sauce), and regular meat. The meat was cold and tasted old. We ordered online so I couldn't see how much of what was puton. Just an overall funky, bland sandwich. Do not go here for a sandwich you will be disappointed. Read more
Tue sandwich expert went oit of his way to make the sandwich I desired. I'm not sure if the guy who cashed mw out was the... manager on duty however together, they made this a great experience for me. Especially since I grew up on the east side ofWaterloo and generally don't eat over here due to poor service and awful food. Kudos gentleman.???? Read more
