Food was great was disappointed that had Gratuity added on to a 4 person check tho only downfall and my buddy had a part of 3... and had the same issue would come back just feel like I should decide the tip or it should be stated before we order orsomething Waitress would?ve gotten more. I ordered the fish and chips and food was terrible. Definitely not returning. Owner(s) do not care about quality of food, only... the presentation it seems. Waitress was attentive but not seemed very careless. Will not be returning and I was very hesitant toeven pay. Read more
We sat at the bar and actually had to ask for service, the bartender "Emily" was inattentive and kept going around the corner... and sitting in a chair at the entrance to the kitchen area. When I ordered a Blue Moon she actually poured the orange out of acup sitting at the garnish station into the palm of her unwashed/ungloved hand and then dropped it into my drink. She had notwashed her hands in the 20 or so minutes we had been there at that point and had touched many things. When I asked for a newdrink without an orange since I find that to be very unsanitary she said "what else was I supposed to do". Also watched the cookrub his face and neck and touch his clothing with his gloves on and then immediately go back to prepping/cooking food. Anotherperson, possibly a head cook or chef as he was wearing a white shirt, was standing nearby the first person and said nothing tohim about it. Family and I had dinner there and very pleased. I ordered the Fish and Chips. They were amazing!! Breading was awesome. Mashed... potatoes and gravy great as well. Kids really liked chicken strips and pretzel bits. If you are staying at hotel give it a try.Loved it Read more
