I went into Wendy's, (again), for the fries! Mmmmm. . . They're always hit, fresh, crispy and just right salted! Downside was... the wait. I went through the drive thru and waited almost 15 mins. for an order of fries and small drink . They indicated thatthey were short staffed. Once I received my fries I was better. . . Could be less "snooty" but the food was good, I didn't wait in line for long. Just being in customer service myself, I notice... when people aren't as responsive and respectful, most times its when I go through drive through they kinda just hand you yourfood and don't say a word! These workers were having an incredibly off night. I was initially going to go through the drive-thru, but the line was wrapped... around the building and almost out to the street. I decided to go inside. Probably a mistake. There were people ahead of me thathad been waiting for food for a long time, and started to become rude. The cashier was visibly angry, but didn't say anything. Itried to be polite, and let her know that I understood it was just a bad night. Zero response. One of the guys from the backwent up to the register, got the keys, then proceeded to lock all the doors to prevent more people from coming inside. I'm sureit helped them get a handle on things, but I thought it was rude. Since I had already paid for my food, I stuck around andwaited for it. The people who were in front of me and being rude to the staff had either gotten their food or their moneyrefunded and left. When I finally got my food, I said to the cashier, "I'm sorry people are rude." She again said nothing butgave me the coldest look. And it made me wish that I hadn't said anything nice. Read more
I was satisfied with my order. I ordered on the app and everything was ready on time and the order was correct. My one complaint... is with the burger not being as hot or fresh as I was expecting. I was also happy with service and the store looked really cleaninside. Read more

Ordering a Dave's deluxe double I got one small leaf of lettuce and a small thin slice of tomato. Drove back to get the proper... amount added. The "extra" lettuce and tomato included two small leaves of lettuce and a small slice of tomato. This happened onboth of my last two visits. It's a shame that they will ruin their reputation to save the cost of a normal amount of toppings ona burger. Read more
