1st time in a Wendy?s in forever, and it was such a positive experience. Most fast food places are dirty with help that doesn?t... want to be there. This was so clean I wouldn?t be scared to grab a stray fry that falls on the tables. The floors and bathroomsare spotless. The help is so kind and patient. They worked as a team to get our order filled quickly. No one was gossiping or ontheir phones. There are gluten free options like baked potatoes. Spacious seating available and handicap accessible. Moderndrink dispensers with endless options. Food was tasty and warm. If we ever come back to the Cedar falls area I would eat thereagain. Thanks for the great experience at a Wendy?s! Read more

This location is nearby, so I come here pretty often. 90% of the time something goes wrong. They forget to give me my credit... card back, they give me the wrong size of meal, they get the order wrong, they charge me for the wrong thing, or it just takestwice as long as it should... Read more

The food was freshly prepared but the service was subpar. I have a food allergy and asked for no tomato on my sandwich which was... not followed. Every time we have used the drive thru there are always errors. It's unfortunate bc there is obviously a lack oftraining or a complete communication break down somewhere. Read more
Yes, I had to wait longer than I would if I'd gone elsewhere. Yes, it was drive thru only. They don't always have the staff to... support indoor and drive thru. They made that known right away and I accepted it. Because I wasn't a jerk to them, some of myitems were upgraded for free. All I did was show a little kindness and respectful treatment toward a fellow human and I couldtell they appreciated it. The guy ahead of me in line couldn't manage it, he was a butthead. Several people behind me were too.But my food was good, my expectations were met, and I will go back. Read more
