My spouse and I were on our way back from a show and stopped to get ice cream(hard, soft serve, anything In the store). We... walked in and looked at the menu for about 5 seconds before the women working there rudely told us there is no soft serve andyou get what you see. She also made sure we understood with a ?you got that?? At the end. We hadn?t even said anything or hadtime to even look around and the women working made it very clear we were an inconvenience and we needed to be talked downto.Not upset about the ice cream. We were most likely going to get something from the fridge, but that was the rudest customerservice we?ve ever experienced (and we never even asked for anything). We walked out and went to Geneva Byrne dairy down theroad and got some hard ice cream. They were much nicer. Someone needs a new job. Read more
The staff at this particular place are pretty much awful. They act as though it physically pains them to be dealing with... customers. I've stopped in on multiple occasions assuming it was just an off day, but no. It's every time I've been there. Read more
We stopped there for ice-cream that we ordered outside at a window. There was one picnic table outside where we could eat. The... building is wheelchair assessable. There are separate men's and women's rooms, each single user and handicap assessable. Theywere clean and sufficient room for a wheelchair. Read more
I get deli sandwiches here somewhat frequently but that is going to stop. My coworker got his sandwich made. She touched a... marker to write on his bag. Didn't change her gloves. Put butter on my bread and rubbed the bread all over the container next toit. Touched the unsanitary handle of the toaster oven. Brought it back to the counter to drop my bread on a non stainless steelsurface (not that it was wiped down anyway after she tidied up before we could order) There was only 1 portion of meat left.(Same gloves still) Opened the cabinet beneath to grab more meat, touch more containers and lids. Then finished my sandwich.Gotta say I'll take my chances at McDonald's next time. Read more
Came in ordered a black raspberry and vanilla twist in a cone w a dish on the side go and pay for that and gas come over it's in... a dish she explains that it's real soft and it would fall over in the cone w/ out the dish..I start walking out and pull thecone off to eat first and realize the whole cone is empty inside. I go back inside and tell the lady there's nothing inside thecone and that's why I wanted a cone w a dish on the side not a dish w a cone on top. She explained that it's cooperate and theytrained them not to put ice cream inside the cone and she could bring the book over to show me which the worst comment to comeback w/ I explained I've gotten ice cream plenty of times there and had it inside of the cone always..I'm going to callcooperate when it opens Monday and see if if that's true and that they found the 1 employee to actually follow theredirections... To top that the ice cream had bits of ice in it and the raspberry the cream was frozen in little chunks didn'tfeel like arguing anymore and just left. Wanted a ice cream which is usually no problem there sometimes a little slow servicebut they get it right not this time I got a nightmare instead...should have just gotten a milk shake... Read more
Typical of Byrne dairy terrible staff, generally display a terrible attitude, had one cashier tell me she couldn't take dealing... with one more customer and she was ready to go to jail if she had to stay there much longer, at least once a week I have towait for one of them to put their phone down to wait on me. It's typical to have tfje cashier not acknowledge your at theregister with ANY type of verbal communication whilst continue their conversation with someone else behind the counter, but theyaren't close together so they ate both yelling back and forth. This is by far one of the best Byrne dairys I've been to!! They are always super nice, especially Allyson who was there... tonight!! Ever time I'm there she is always super busy but yet so polite! The ice cream machine had exploded all over her andhandled it so well!! Read more
Good place to go to but necessary food when stores are closed.
