We waited for 22 minutes just to get a hamburger and fries. The fries were hard as rock, and cold. Could not even bite into it.... Went to return the fries with my receipt. She wouldn't give me new fresh fries. Didn't want to give me my money back. Horrible. Read more
None of the menu screens work. Hard to order. Food was good but greasy.
We tried this place because we've heard some good things about it. The cost was about what we expected, however the food did not... live up to the hype. When our order was finally ready, (it was pretty busy) it was wrong. I was given 2 trays with our's andsomeone else's order mixed together. After straightening it out we were all set. I order the regular fries, they were cold, I'mtalking below room temperature! My wife's sweet potato fries were luke warm and soggy. The chicken fingers were a little roughand stringy, and my double burger was just okay. On the plus side the staff was very friendly and courteous. I don't know if itmakes a difference but this was not at a stand alone location, this was located inside of another venue, on a busy Friday night.Well try again at a stand alone location and update the review. Great burger. Juicy and well seasoned. Will definitely go back.
If I could give a zero I would. Do not eat there, unless you plan on waiting at least 38 mins, for an incorrect burger. And then... when asking about order, order was not being prepared. So when speaking about order and wanting it to go instead of dine in. Itwas acknowledged and then prepared incorrect and not packaged to go. So then I proceeded to ask for a refund. And to speak to amanager. Numerous employees and said manager on duty, Would not acknowledge or even come to speak to me. We don't do refunds onweekends or fix sandwich and make it correct. No cheese was ordered on burger. And cheese was certainly on said sandwich.Smashburger corporate will certainly be getting a phone call about said manager on duty. Read more
Cant tell you if the food is good or not left line after waiting in same spot for 45 min way under staffed 2 people really. Two stars for presentation (flag on top of burger). Had my first Smash Burger at Del Lago, waited a half hour for two classic... double smash burgers, a strawberry milkshake, soda, and smash tots for $31. I am familiar with Smash burgers that they aresupposed to be super thin, crisp and fresh. The burger was regular sized, like Wendy's. Tots were soaked in oil, had to blotthem down with multiple napkins, we saw the oil come out of the tot container. Best thing was the strawberry milkshake. Notoverly sweet and had nice consistency. I'd recommend going to the Buddha Bowl next door. They got to order, eat and pick uptheir food before Smash Burger customers had a chance. Read more
Very good burger, a lot of flavor. I wish it away from all the slot machines though. Sometimes it's good to be quiet and eat.
