Walked in tired from the road. Ordered, then noticed the drink station was dirty. No tables were clean. People sitting at the... tables were not eating, they were waiting for food. And then when we got our food, my double burger was undercooked - bothpatties were red/pink. I get that many places are understaffed these days, but the counter person stood behind the registereven when there were no people in line, and the drive thru crew was busy gossiping between cars. I love the location! Right off the Thruway on my way to Del Lago Casino. It's attached to a Subway and a truck stop with a gas... station and convenience store. I tried the automated system and it took longer than the rest of my party that ordered at thecounter. After we got our order it was so cold in there we had to go over to Subway to eat. But the food was good. Probably beback! Read more
The food was good. I took the meal and went over to the gas pumps to fill the tank while the children started eating. Only to... discover only half the meal was along and no straws. It was quickly corrected when I went back thru the drive thru. Read more
Yes it?s garbage fastfood. BUT?..the best fastfood. Take your blood pressure and cholesterol medicine before you come and enjoy!
I guess it's better than McDonalds but for what it's worth it's kinda pricey. Also asked for baked potato in place of fries but... got fries anyway. Got breakfast there once and it was expensive n kinda gross so won't do that again. Usually the hamburgers arestill pink in the middle too so I have a hard time choosing to eat here Read more
I was thrilled that this Love's Travel Plaza has a Wendy's along with Subway. The food was terrific! I had the grilled chicken... combo meal. Both my sandwich and fries were cooked exactly right plus the fries were actually crispy and salted perfectly. Theyoung lady who took my order was pleasant and courteous. Two stars is because of the condition of the restaurant. Not a singletable had been wiped off from previous customers. Tables and chairs were all in disarray. The drink machines and the condimentand lid counter were all nasty. There were no less than 6 people behind the counter, including managers, and there was alwaysone person not busy. That being said, a young man showed up for work while I was there and his assignment was to restock andclean and empty the trash. This should NOT be something that gets left unattended and handed off to someone else. Please stay ontop of maintaining cleanliness and you will get 5 stars next time. Read more
Food is ok. Service is pretty good usually. Friendly staff. Makes all the difference. Some of the Wendy's I've been to have... terrible service of late. Shallow employee pool to draw from certainly has had a toll. Definitely appreciate their late hours. Read more
