A bit slow on the serving side with only one clerk working and a supervisor looking at him but not helping. The food is good and... they obviously use real hamburger, not reconstituted meat, for their burgers. New since are last visit is the self-serve popdispenser that is common to other fast-food establishments. Tables are clean and the place is kept orderly. Read more
Just ordered some Beyond Burgers and fries from this place. Burgers arrived with most of the toppings missing - lettuce, mayo,... ketchup, mustard, grilled onions - and only 1 dip for two orders of fries, even though we chose 2. Ridiculous service, espconsidering we're paying $9!!! for one burger. Tried to call to complain and they have a voicemail box that is not set up. Guessthey don't want dissatisfied customers calling them. Well guess what, we also won't order from them again. Then Uber eats driverdecided to ignore our delivery request, leaving our order in a lobby where anyone could steal it. The decline of customerservice in this country is truly disturbing. Read more

Pathetic cx service!!! The guy who took the orders had such an horrible attitude!! If you dont have the patience and can't be... friendly to customers then don't come in the front!!! V ordered spicy chicken harbenaro nd it tasted nothin lik that but just aregular chicken burger. I am sure it wasn't the right one given to us and the fries was horrible!! I am a vegetarian and I could live off of A&W Beyond Meat burgers. They are so good! While maybe on the more expensive side of... fast-food burgers, they are of a great quality and I think they are worth it! This is the location I usually go to and the foodhas always been fresh and hot, and the service fast and friendly. Read more

So, each time I come to this location lately (which is every morning) I get greeted with super rude staff. The worse offender... is a small angry Indian woman. She couldn't get any order right and argued with multiple people in this exchange. I had ordered3 LARGE coffees. 2 with espresso shots in them and one black with cream and sweetener on the side. I was given my 2 large blackespresso shot coffees even though it didn't look like there was ANY espresso shot put in there, I was told there was 2 per cup.So I said you missed my large black coffee and was argued with that I only ordered the 2 with espresso which was not the case.She made me a MEDIUM 1 cream 1 SUGAR I am diabetic which is why I ordered it BLACK. I was sick of questioning and arguing so Isent my partner in and then he was argued with saying "I had ordered exactly what she gave me and that she was right" she thenstarted getting extremely aggressive slamming pots and cups all whilst arguing because apparently we were wrong and she wasright.
