It is not the first time I tried the drink, but it is weird and have a lot of black stuff inside my drink
Ended up ordering 6 types of bubble tea, it was extremely loud due to high volume of people in store which is fine. After... getting the bubble tea, we started complaining about stomach ache which is weird since majority of us was experiencing it. i love the drinks from here, they?re always so good <33 i only recently started drinking boba tea but i can safely say that... I went to the Chatime at the University and King location around dinner time on a weekday. I haven?t been here in a while, but I... liked the new additions they added like the neon sign with the seating area around it and the kiosk machines that make it easierto order rather than standing there and telling the server. I got the tea of the month which was the Jasmine Jade ($5 withouttoppings) and I added brown sugar pearls (additional $0.90). I didn?t like the milk tea all the much because it wasn?t strongenough for me, but I could taste the tea flavour. The tapioca wasn?t bad either and I could taste the brown sugar. The drink wasonly okay, I still prefer their roasted milk teas that are much richer. The server that was handing out drinks was very kindand kept an upbeat attitude despite it being busy and some customers weren?t that happy. The drink took too long for bubble teain my opinion, it took about 15 minutes and there were 5 workers. Two were in the back and weren?t helping out, one was takingorders and two were making drinks (one periodically handed the drinks out). I think they could be more efficient if everyone washelping out and if they were better organized. My drink was ready for a while sitting behind the counter, but they didn?t callmy order for some reason. I could tell that some customers waited longer than I did and were starting to getfrustrated. Overall, my experience was only okay because the drink was mediocre and the wait time was too long. This time v tried ordering smthing differnt from their signature drinks. We ordered: 1. Jasmine jade milk tea( was just not... good) 2.Taro with pudding(it was good one) 3.Thai milk tea wit pearls(oppsy it was disaster) This s al ma personal taste. Always a pleasure stopping by here for some bubble tea! Only compliant is the location itself it's hard to get a parking spot... and when you do it's so hard to get back out. Plus so many students so you'll be waiting about 15-20 mins for your drinks. Ifind it best to order through Uber eats! Read more
