I am leaving a one star review for two reasons. First off the size of the slice is not quanitifed correctly with the price... point. At most the $9 slices should be max $5-6. When you buy a $9 slice you expect it will be of a size to share. Also, thequality of containers - the cake did not keep its form when it was delivered. Very dissapointed. Taste was good but nothing outof the world. Will never order again. Read more
My kids and I have been to Cheesecake Lab twice now and were met with the most exceptional customer service! The first time we... went, Michael went out of his way to prepare a gluten free crepe for my daughter! It was delicious! My son had a Nutella crepefor the first time and his eyes popped out of his head #addicted. Best cheesecake I've ever had! Almost didnt want to eat it because it looked so good!
My girlfriend and i got cheesecakes from here a little while ago. They were absolutely delicious. So many flavours and the... amount of toppings you can put on them was insane. The gentleman serving us also took the time to chat with us and ask about ourday. It provided a nice personal touch to the whole experience. I tried these cheesecakes for the 1st time last month for my birthday. I must say, they were sooo good. I was privileged to try... 2 different flavors. Not only were they amazing cheesecakes but the owner hand delivered them to my front door step. What a nicegesture !! I'll definitely be indulging more cheesecakes in the future from this company. This place had many options for my family and I to choose from. Also they give a hand written note which means a lot to me.
