I ordered 3 pizzas for pick up. 1 LG 1med reg crust and 1 gluten free. The reg crust pizzas were great as usual but the gluten... free not so much. Pepperoni burnt and dried out, rest of toppings overcooked. I was not the one eating it so I did not knowright away but did see the burnt pepperoni when it was shown to me. Pizza was ordered earlier in the day and was available at the time requested. Ingredients were fresh. Will be back again.
Best pizza in Waterloo. I've never had a bad pizza here. Amazing pick-up specials. So much food for such a great price. I love... the crust. It's crunchy but still has good chew. Generous toppings. Read more
Something has changed! Maybe it?s new staff or ownership but the pizza quality is not as good as it once was. I?ve been very... disappointed with my past two orders. I didn?t write a review the previous time but tonight I?m disappointed a second time. Uponentering tonight, two people had their hands in the cheese bin, just stirring the cheese I guess. Neither washed their handsafter fondling the cheese, I?m disgusted! I ordered a pepperoni and green pepper and they forgot the green pepper. No discountoffered for the error. The oven must be turned up as the pizzas coming out of the oven were dark including mine making it overcooked and on the dry side. Definitely won?t be able to reheat the pizza tomorrow as it?s too dry now and will be dryertomorrow. My pepperoni pizza was very salty, can?t eat it. I was not pleased with my previous order and thought I?d give themanother go but tonight?s order was awful. So long City Pizza your quality has gone down the toilet. Read more
Pizza was good. But I ordered online 1 large pizza at 4pm for it to be ready at 6pm. Showed up at 6:05 to pick it up and they... hadn?t even started making it. Stood inside for 20 minutes. It would have been nice if they had thrown in a free drink orsomething as an apology. Read more
ordered one slice $1.49 one can pop $1.49 charged $4.4 in final bill and no details. The owner said there is a 20cents... charge for credit card payment. (1.49+1.49)*1.13+0.2=3.57 they charged 83 cents extra, more than 20% up the actual price. Notabout money, just feel sick of this way doing business, do not try to fool your customer. Pizza dough was raw. Couldn't eat more than 2 slices of an extra large pizza. The garlic bread was the best part.
