Employees don't pay attention. Ordered a brown sugar pearl latte. They didn't use brown sugar pearls, and didn't line there... inside of the cup. It didn't look right, and I even asked them if this was right when the handed it to me, but they doubled downthat they were right. Most Cocos are good, but not this one. Read more

POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! The drinks there is good, but the service is totally bad :( I ordered on its app, and it shows that I... need to wait around 10 minutes, so after 10 minutes, I went there and wanted to know whether it was ready, the lady there saidyou need to wait until we send you massage, then, I waited for another 10 minutes, then, again, I asked her again, she said myorder is on processing, then, after another 10 minutes, I asked again, she said do you need bag? Besides, during this 30minutes, every time I want to ask something, she would not response me until I say ?excuse me? for many times, which makes mefeel DISRESPECTED. Read more

We heard that the taro milk tea was theWaterloo store's most well-known flavor so we obviously had to give it a try! Well, the reviews were absolutely right - creamymilk tea with an added taro flavoring was truly one of the most delicious things we had all week. With the right amount of sugarthat made it sweet but not overwhelming, each sip was a delight. It was only made better with our third drink - the passionfruit& mango slush. In my opinion, there is no better summer fruit than the mango. Combined with the tropical flavors of both,passionfruit and coconut, the drink managed to capture a beach vacation in a bubble tea cup. There was a long line when I arrived but the staff ware able to handle all the orders. My go-to order is the Brown Sugar pearl... milk tea and I ordered the Strawberry with tapioca for my cousins. Overall experience was okay. I'd highly recommend. Read more
