I absolutely love this place, i have been coming for years since its been opened in Waterloo. Ive never had a bad meal here, not... even a so so meal. Its always amazing. Pizza is absolutely delicious out of the stone oven. Excellent drink options as well! Idhighly recommend eating here if you haven't already. Honestly one of the few places i actually tell people to try if they'relooking for something new or just good food. My girlfriend use to love the garlic shrimp when they had it, the last time we wenti think its been taken off the menu though. 5 out of 5 cant wait to go again. Read more

The restaurant and the food were both amazing. In the downtown region, the vibes were amazing. It does get busy so it?s better... to reserve a table as you wouldn?t have to wait in any sort of line. Advertising as authentic Napoli pizza is a risk if you aren't prepared to back it up. Famoso backed it up and delivered! I... haven't tested something so delicious since being in Naples. Famoso is a great pizza spot for a family dinner. Very popular on evenings and weekends. They have a good variety of Italian... dishes. I really recommend the meatball appetizers, they are moist and the sauce is great for dipping pizza crust. There aremany pizzas to choose from, with something for everyone. We went on a weekend afternoon and we were seated right away and we got water immediately after. They have their patio open... which is really nice. We got the Fettuccine alla pesto ($23). This dish has so much shrimp, the sauce was so creamy and justenough sauce, we cannot recommend this dish enough if you love pesto! We also got the 12?? Prawn Pesto pizza ($22). This tastedquite different from the pasta even though it has a similar base, the sundried tomato and the arugula was what I tasted themost. These Neapolitan pizzas also have thinner crusts, but they really pack the toppings. Our waiter was so kind, she got useverything we needed so quickly and suggested the pasta. One of us has dietary restrictions so we got seafood dishes, but Iwould love the come back and try other ones. I recommend you checking out Famoso in Waterloo! Read more

Delicious food. Pizza crust is perfect and the sauce is so flavourful. Great portions and inviting atmosphere. Only complaint is... that they were low on stock with several meats and drinks, so we had to substitute our chosen entree with whatever else theyhad. Read more
