I really dislike their new ?virtual order? system in house. The person on the screen couldn?t here what I was saying and I had... a very difficult time asking about the menu. I love freshiis normally. Haven't had a bad experience yet, and then today came along. Today I went to get my fave salad from... them (kale Ceasar) and normally it is amazing, but alas I got a bowl of sadness today. I don't know what could have gone wrongbut it was a bad salad, like really bad. Didn't even finish it. Read more
I have been to many Freshii locations and this is the worst. Portions are significantly smaller then other locations. Orders... consistently not right. I go out of my way to go to a different Freshii because of how small of portions they give you. Pleasetrain staff. Read more

Finally a Freshii in Uptown! Really nice on the inside and there is a Smile Tiger coffee bar inside as well.
Got a salad with oven roasted chicken for an extra 5$ and the oven roasted chicken was frozen still .....
