Worst pizza ever. Order extra cheese but its totally uncooked. Total waste of money. We called and gave feedback about the... issue, the staff talked rudely by saying you ordered extra cheese, so its there. We can?t do anything about it. Next time ordera normal pizza. We have previously ordered extra cheese from other stores as well, but extra cheese doesn?t mean you can?t evenpick the slices because of cheese in pizza. My last two orders from this location in the University district have been sub par at best. Not sure what it is about this... location but it tastes like they just don't care (let's be honest, they make their killing on slices and walk in mediums). Iwish the Bridgeport location was open late still, they 100% care about their customers and it shows. Read more
Best pizza in Waterloo hands down. They are very similar to other pizza places, but here are some things they do really well... that set them apart. 1: The "make your own" pizza isn't more expensive than the premade recipes 2: The "extra sauce" option isnot just for show, they really add double the sauce 3: Generous amounts of toppings Read more

Bought a pizza, spent 35 dollars on a delivery. Ordered many times, never complained before. I ordered this time, pizza was soft... and doughy in the middle. I called to let them know, I feel as though my money was wasted. Told nothing can be done and was thatthey hope I can understand. Hung up on me. I cant even pull a slice, it just rips in half.
