We just picked up our order from here and while handing over the credit card machine, she was handling it funny, turns out, she... forced us to tip. As someone who has worked many years in the hospitality industry, forcing your customers to tip, only makesthem not want to return. Read more
Wish there was a zero star rating. Ordered pizza and potato wedges. Potato wedges were burnt and tomatoes on pizza were too big... and base too thick. Called the restaurant to complain. The lady on the phone was rude. Thats how you treat your customers?Should atleast check the food before sending it or raise your food's standards then be rude to people. Read more

Tried to pay with Gino's Gift card and they refused it...... Why have gift cards if you wont take them. Also, no masks, no hair... nets... Not the place you want to order your pizza from.... They should have a sign informing people they dont take Gino's GiftCards. Read more

Ordered 2 large pizza's at Bridgeport Waterloo location Sunday night. Both with extra cheese. You need to open the box and... inspect what you ordered. Didn't order thin crust, but one was so thin with hardly any items and only a little cheese. Couldroll up one slice and eat it in one bite. The other had few toppings, and no way was extra cheese.
