Incompetent staff and rude demeanour when speaking with customers, after waiting for 20 mins just to order. This is probably one... of the worst kfc locations in KW. The lady taking orders should not be walking away from the counter every 5 minutes when thereis a line up of 10 people. KFC needs to re evaluate this franchise. The lady in the picture should not have a customer facingrole, especially if she doesn?t understand what customer service entails. Read more
I love KFC but the chicken today was absolutely terrible. The chicken was a dark, dark brown and tasted like it had been cooked... in dirty oil. The chicken was bland and I have never known KFC to be flavourless. Read more
The staff is completely incompetent. They take forever to make the smallest orders and there have been many times where the line... will be incredibly long and the workers are just in the back talking. How does it take 20 minutes to put 3 chicken strips in abox?? Not to mention, they always have the longest lines at any of the restaurants in the food court. Not because they bring inmore customers, but because they take over 15-20 minutes every time to prepare one singular taco. Read more
1 star too much. I have not been to KFC for a while. Went to the one at Conestoga Mall. Stood in line for about 10 minutes. When... I got up to the counter I was told they jave mo chicken. Seriously?? What kind of service is that? No signage whatsoever toindicate they were out of stock. Why bother yo be open. Read more
