Took the grandsons here after Bingeman?s light show for a burger. It was the worst food we have ever had at McDonald?s. The... burgers must have been cooked yesterday. I placed order #1015 on the screen at 7:25 and was called at 7:43. Give me a break,there were 6 of us in the restaurant. Obviously they prefer drive thru. As I watched the staff behind the counter it was chaos.Never going back. Read more

Sometimes people take a look at the drive-through line to determine how busy the restaurant is. I had about 15 minutes left on... my lunch hour so I thought I would swing by while I was out doing errands. No one in the line so I breeze through pain andunfortunately was told to go sit in spot number one. Waiting 15 minutes in a parking spot is just the same as sitting in thedrive thru lane except you gave me hope and made me late returning from work. Read more

The quantity of each ingredient like lettuce etc are too less for burger. Also screen order dont have all options available at... counter. For example onion is not there to add and customize but at counter available. System should be better. Read more

Fifteen minutes between ordering at the drive thru order point and the pickup window, followed by 5 minutes waiting at the... window. I politely asked if my food had been sitting in the bag by the window for long and the shift leader/manager said ?nolonger than 5 minutes?. This is too long in a drafty, non-heated area. Lo and behold, it was cold when I opened it a minute orso later. She also didn?t offer any apology for the long wait. She was surrounded by 5-6 other staff, so they don?t seem to beshort staffed. Maybe just need some help to understand how to operate the franchise and practice basic customer service. Read more

We had an awful experience at this location a few weeks ago. (Early Aug 2022 ) We placed a mobile order and were asked to pull... into a parking spot where we were seemingly forgotten. After 25 minutes the Manager came out was not apologetic regarding thesituation. In fact she accused us of refusing our order which she used as the excuse for us not getting served. We were neveroffered an order to refuse! When we did get the food home it was cold and missing items. Today Aug 20th 2022 we decided togive this location Another try. We again were sent to wait in a parking spot after placing a mobile order. We waited 15 minutesfor a BLT, a fry and an egg and sausage Mcmuffin. Similar to our first experienc many cars were served while we waited. Anemployee finally approached our car a verbally confirmed our order. When we went to eat our food the order was completely wrong.We got our fries but instead of the sandwiches we ordered we got 2 egg and bacon mcmuffins. This was a much cheaper meal thenwhat we ordered and a complete waste of time because my husband couldn't eat the egg. I get this is McDonald's and ourexpectation should be low, and within reason it is, but within reason. This specific McDonald's seems to have poor management,an inability to communicate and 0 organization or time managment in there kitchen. My opinion is avoid the headache and eat atthe Tim Hortons next door. Read more

August 12th around noon, the best worker at the second window. He was polite and really good at his job! I hope her get... recognition for how hard he works! I had such a large order and he made sure everything was there! Read more

I'm a local guide and I love exploring places on a Bicycle. The McDonald's on Northfield refused to serve me since I was on a... bicycle. Fast-food giants like McDonald's preach sustainability but refuse to take orders from a guy on a bicycle, does anyonesee the irony in this absurdity? I want to give this location less than one star not just because they refused to serve me butalso because they didn't even bother to explain themselves and I had to walk away. Read more

The staff at this McDonalds is the friendliest I have come across. I go here to the drive-through several times a week and... without a doubt, these are the friendliest McDonalds staff at any of the locations I have been to. It doesn?t matter who isworking or at what window, in my experience they are always very pleasant and smiling and that goes a long way with customers,even if it?s just a few seconds interaction! To the employees, thanks for making each day I go there a little bit brighter! Read more
