Maybe the worst customer service I've ever received in my life. The "manager" literally told me she was to busy to deal my issue... and hung up the phone on me. I ordered 10 chickens and they forgot my dips which is a huge part of the meal, because seriouslywho eats McDonald's chicken nuggets without sweet and sour. Anyway instead of trying to rectify the issue when I called I gothung up on. It was more important for her to keep putting out food and making more money then fixing an issue that they causedfor their customer. Just all bad. Definitely will never be spending my time or money at this location again. Read more
Today was the second time that I was given the wrong burger from this McDonald's going through the drive in. Ordered a big mac... with no pickles but was given a big mac with no meat, extra pickles, lettuce and onions instead. Didn't realize this until afterI got home and had to drive back and not one apology was given. Should double check your items before leaving this McDonald's. Read more
I ordered double BLT by mobile app and picked up by drive thru (you can see it?s double on the box). It?s the THIRD time I found... I got a single meat burger when I ordered double. Do I have to open the box to check the burger every time I grab my order??? Read more

So listen, I'm not gonna rate y'all bad because clearly I didn't read the ad properly, but you guys gotta be kidding me? I came... all the way out to get the buy 10 get 1 chicken nugget deal, assuming like many others, that it meant buy 10 get 1 free (ONEEXTRA PACK OF NUGGETS). Who puts up an offer for 1 chicken nugget? I feel like I'm going insane? This is the worst McDonald?s EVER and they always screw up my orders. I just pick up my food at 3am and who ever made the Big... Staff is always friendly, and they are generally pretty quick. Food for me is always hot and fresh and the restaurant is clean.... Employees follow COVID protocols with face masks and shields, wiping down payment areas and detailed signage. Only complaintwould be the self service printers break too often but that's more of the technology than the restaurant itself, it happens atall McDonald's Read more
Yesterday I went with my friend to this branch of McDonald's in Waterloo, we took some food and found blood on the cup of Pepsi,... we went inside and the manager denied this and said this is probably a sauce, and she tried to give us a pie or a donut for freeshe was nice but the thing that happened is very disgusting and should not Repeat a second time.
