We ordered the California spring salad, roasted mushroom soup, roasted beet & goat cheese salad, and bbq back ribs. The... California salad was ok, not as fresh as I had previously experienced but just ok. The mushroom soup was spicy for my wife sobeware as there is no indicator written on the menu. My wife's salad, the roasted beet and goat cheese salad, was so terribleI'm not sure how to describe it. Lettuce was old, wilted and yellow, beets were not roasted, just cut up in small squares, therewere blueberries but some were moldy. She wasn't able to eat her salad or her soup. They offered to get her another but by thenshe was so disappointed she just wanted to leave. My bbq ribs were tasteless, the only good part of our meal was the crispy hotfries. All in all a disappointing experience. The duty manager apologized profusely, offered us a coupon for an appetizer but Idoubt we'll ever be back. I should have listened to my wife and taken her to MeetPoint restaurant, we're never disappointedthere. Read more
My husband and I came here to celebrate my new job and our experience was really good. The food was well prepared, our server... Sam was an absolute delight despite how busy she was taking orders she still made sure she checked up on us to see how we wereenjoying our food and she had a warm smile on her face through out. This place has a great ambience! The staff here is very friendly and accommodating. They have good options for food and even... better options for drinks! I have tried a few cocktails here and all of them have been on point. My go to option here is thecoconut calamari, it is really good. The shrimp is pretty good too. They had a few new options this time and I'd definitely liketo give those a go next time around! We had the Portobello Mushroom Chicken & Baja Fish Tacos for the main and both tastedgreat! For the drinks, we ordered Bramble On and Passion Fruit Mule and they were tasty and refreshing! The price is a bit highbut the quality of food makes it worth it. Absolutely love this place each time we go here! They have the perfect ambience, lovely staff, great cocktail options, great... tasting food! The staff is always very accommodating of our special requests, be it adding another Taco to the plate orsubstituting mashed potatoes instead of spaghettini in the Main. Portobello Mushroom Chicken & Coconut Calamari are my go-tofavourites. For the main, I always ask the server to switch the spaghettini with mashed potatoes instead because the Mashedpotatoes with mushroom sauce tastes bomb???????? Also ordered the Baja Fish Tacos which is were SOOO good! They were sorefreshing. They have some really interesting cocktails so we end up trying a new one each time! The place is a bit high-endbut definitely worth every penny. If you are celebrating something, the server gets you a dessert of your choice on the housewhich is a lovely gesture. Ordered sweet chilli chicken bowl and Parmesan chicken. Chicken was cooked so beautifully, it was crispy and yet juicy. Portion... size as usual was enough for a full meal. The ambience of the restaurant is beautiful. The apps were impressive, but the mains lacked quite a bit. The service was... somewhat slow between courses, and someone in my group who asked for no bacon received bacon & had to get their dish remade…so overall they get 3 stars from me. Read more
