Kristina was everything you want in a server- friendly, attentive & informative! This was one of our first dinners out since... 2020 & we can't wait to come back for bottomless ribs on Wednesdays. We had the firecracker burger (a classic) & the friedchicken sandwich (which I hadn't had before). The FCS was DELICIOUS and it will be a new staple moving forward. Read more
I had an AMAZING experience. The server Jack we had was friendly, personable, and attentive. I got the chicken burrito bowl and... it wasn't hot and instead of just warming it up, the manager Kristina insisted to replace my dinner. I received a new, hotreplacement and it was delicious. Kristina stopped by to make sure everything was good, she was great. I was extremely happywith the customer service at this location and would highly recommend eating here to anyone. Read more
Our server Jack was extremely attentive and efficient. Very pleasant and personable young man. We both ordered chicken strips... and spinach dip appetizer. We came for lunch and had burgers on their tucked-away patio to enjoy the sun. The service and food was quickly provided and... flawless. Burgers were large portions and both sides of sweet potato fries and onion rings were delicious. Their Sunday caesarspecial came with two spicy beans and lots of flavour. The employees were very polite and enthusiastic. The patio is alsolocated right next to a storm drainage pond that is well-landscaped with lots of birds and geese passing through.Their washroomswere also clean but a little bit cold compared to the warm weather outside. When we arrived at Montana’s for dinner, it was quite packed for a Monday night. We were offered a seat right away and given... menus. After ordering, our food took a while but our waiter let us know that a big party just finished ordering so it mighttake a bit longer. We waited about 20 minutes for the burger and wings. Mondays are half priced wings & we got the mild saucewith blue cheese dipping. It was a little too sour for my preference but my friend liked it. I appreciated that they separatedthe burger and fries for us. The gravy sauce for the fries was amazing, I highly recommend it. The fries were fresh and crispy.But the burger was only okay for us, the patty was on the dry end, there was too much bbq sauce that it was difficult to tasteanything else and the onion ring was too thick. Our waiters checked in on us a few times and we never had to call for them.They brought us more water without us even asking. They were great communicators. Overall, I would recommend this place, I wouldtry different things on the menu next time! Read more
It was great. The food was amazing as always. Our server, Ariel was very kind and patient. The atmosphere was nice, we had gone... before valentine's and it was all decorated. We ordered ribs, bacon mac and cheese, apple crumble, cookie with ice cream, and asteak. All extremely delicious. Always a nice place to go with the family, I recommend. Read more
I went to have dinner with my wife and nephew. I wasn't keen on going, but my nephew really wanted to go there, so we thought... we'd give it another go, even though we were less than impressed the last time we visited. Sadly, this meal did little to changeour first impression. The staff were friendly, though the meal seemed to take a little longer than I would have expected,especially as it wasn't busy. The food was disappointing. I had a burger, which was bland. The crispy onions added a nicetexture, but it could not overcome the lack of flavour. My wife had the chicken burrito bowl. The chicken was cooked just right,tender and juicy, but there was too much of the creamy sauce, making the rice and beans underneath a soggy soup. I wouldn't goso far as to say anything was bad, but if I'm going to go out to eat, I want to enjoy the food, rather than just eat somethingto fill my stomach. For two or three dollars more, you can get a much better quality meal at other restaurants. I'd recommendgoing elsewhere, as there are many great local places to choose from in the area. Read more
Had wings, deep fried pickles and 4 cheese spinach dip. Everything was excellent. Deep fried pickles were the best I have... had--ever! Waitress was polite and helpful! Prices better than Milestones where we had also considered going. Will definitelyreturn ???? percent! Read more
