Just picked up a sub at 1:00 PM and I have never tasted more stale bread in my life this is the third time it?s happened there?s... no reason they should have stale bread at lunchtime hour to be honest awful this is the only Mr. sub I?ve had this happen at inall of Kitchener Waterloo Like the bread was stale to the touch there?s no way they didn?t know it was stale when they justtouched it because Plus I wanted it not toasted and it?s harder than it is normally when it?s toasted Read more

Service is incredible. The people behind the counter (I didn't cath their names, unfortunately) were absolutely wonderful. They... gave me fantastic suggestions on what to get after I told them it was my first time there. They also suggested I sign up for aloyalty card, which allowed me to claim free chips and pop, plus a free sub for my birthday. Great experience. Read more
