I arrived at the store late in the afternoon of Oct. 16th. There were 3 staff working with customers. I stood behind a customer... that was at the cash register. I stood there patiently for 10 minutes when I noticed one of the other sales people ( one wearingblack glasses) became available. I asked if she could help me , I would like to buy some coffee. She motioned to the frontentrance of the store where 2 people had just arrived and said she needed to help these people 1st. I told her I had beenwaiting for 10 minutes and that I was next in line to be served. She rudely said no I was not. I just said Wow and left thestore. I have read other poor reviews of this store and obviously these people are not wrong. Guess I'm ordering pods online.Nespresso, you need to work on your customer service at this store. I love nespresso. The Vertuo machine is amazing. Had nothing but great experiences at the Burlington Mapleview mall location. I... Was embarrassed today as I touched a display of a product and an employee loudly told me I can?t touch things in the storebecause of health and safety protocols. Lol seriously the mall has over 10k people walking through it in the day everyonetouching the same door handles. Get a grip. You want me to buy a $50 coffee capsule holder but I can?t touch it in the store ondisplay? Might as well shop on Amazon then. Read more

Confused as to why they still have a 2-person capacity even with mask mandates lifted? I was in earlier this week so maybe that... has changed now. Either way - I got into the store eventually and they were lovely! Super knowledgeable on the coffees and madegreat recommendations for new blends. While there was a large line out side the store, due to covid restrictions, we were served at a reasonable time. The staff... member we spoke to was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. She grabbed the pods we wanted and paid while in line,we didn't get into the store but honestly there was no need. Read more
