I'd recommend everyone else reading this to not order from this place lest they cancel your order without your information just... so they could have it themselves. After 2 hours they did not deliver my order. When I called they said my order has been voidedfrom their side without my consent or any information given to me. I was told that they called me twice, however I did notreceive any calls. The lady was not ready to hear my complain, from the first second till the last she kept repeating the samething that I was called and then the order was voided. I asked her if I could speak, she once again repeated the same thing andcut the call. 2 hours of patiently waiting, even when the delivery time given was 45 minutes, and sending the wrong order tome, your team cut cancelled my ordered which was paid for, without my information. Pretty sure they ate the pizza which was paidfor and had been waiting for literally 2 hours (I have worked in this industry and know what happens to cancelled order, butnever witnessed such a thing before). Also I'm pretty sure they'd think refunding the money is gonna make up for 2 hours ofhunger waiting for your order to come. Read more

The worst customer service I have experienced in my whole life! She refused to give me her name, she was bickering and did not... even take my order. Why would Papa Johns hire a staff like this. The incident happened tonight (13 July, wednesday) if you cantrack your staff at this shift. I don't think she can be trained, she should get fired for not answering calls, hanging up thecall half way through and not even taking orders upon walking in. Read more
I decided to try this pizza place for the first time. I did a phone order for pickup (during the early COVID times). They said... they would call when ready. They never called and I received a cold pizza when I went in to pick up. The pizza had a flavour Ihave not experienced before. I don't know if I liked it or hated it. The garlic flavoured "dipping sauce" was a cup of yellowishoil. It was gross. That was the first and last time I ordered pizza from Papa John's. Read more
Very good pizza and staff is really great.
First time trying it. I have to say the worst pizza I've ever had. Even the low quality pizzas stand above because of their... affordability. Tasteless sauce, skimped on toppings and a huge crust that could've easily had more toppings coverage. Ps I loveall pizza and hate giving bad reviews. Update: I'm changing my review because their customer service is very responsible andquick to reply. A very professional staff that is always trying to repair and mend their shortcomings. Tried Papa John's for the first time and now my taste buds have been spoiled. Delicious, hot, and flavourful. The only down... side is now super cheap pizza just won't cut it for me. Awesome pizza, and loads of options. Read more
