Great food, but rip off portions. I asked for a rice bowl, minus the rice. Tomatoes and cucumbers. Feta cheese. Mushrooms... were to be on the grill with the chicken. No mushrooms. After the owner has been changed, the portion size been really bad. I am regular customer from last three years at this location... and not so impressed with new management at all. For $11, I got half full ball of my falafel ball for large size. Train yourstaff properly with portions. Read more
Most of the pita pit restaurants have a dedicated space blocked off for vegetarian/vegan orders that go on the grill (black bean... patty, falafel balls, grilled veggies, etc.) and I noticed this one does not. It would be nice to see that and to see glovesbeing switched if they are handling meat for the grill right before a vegetarian/vegan order. It?s a few small changes thatwould make a big impact for customer trust and loyalty. Read more
I see someone else complained about the cashier. That was the one fault I found with the place. The rest of the staff were... amazing and helpful but she seems to have a chip on her shoulders. The unfortunate part is, she is the first person youinteract with since you place your orders with her. Other then the cashier, the service was excellent. Read more
I'm not sure what happened to this place. But the iceberg lettuce looked like it had gone bad two days ago. The person making my... pita seemed quite annoyed I wanted more than 4 pickles. Pickles are my favorite. I get it that the chicken portion is a butsmaller costs are up. But when someone says just the tiniest bit of hot sauce and you take 4 passes... thanks for that pal.
