I decided to take advantage of the BOGO deal sent to my email. We saw that we weren't going to be ontime to pick up our pizza... at 715pm so I called the number ony receipt well in advance to change the time of pick up. I waited on hold for 30 minutesbefore someone in quebec told me they could change my pick up time. I asked that since I had been waiting so long that therestaurant make a fresh order and not just put my thin crust pizzas back in the oven. When I picked up my pizzas were burned allaround the crust from being put in the oven twice. They were warm not hot and I was very disappointed in this whole service. Iwould like this to be my go to pizza place as it is so close to my house but I really want fresh pizza. Read more
We ordered a pizza. Which we did not get so we decided to call the store. The person on call accused us of lying and said that... he at X time had his driver confirm that he delivered the pizza. We had CCTV footage of no one arriving at the spot. We calledagain and he picked up and was very very rude and said he does not care and was just yelling at us. Very bad experience and ontop still no pizza and clearly they lied about getting someone the order as we did not get it and have video footage of no onecoming to our place. Bad customer service and dishonest employees. I would show a picture but we did not even get our order. Read more
Hit and miss! Sometimes it?s great and other times they put way too much sauce and your toppings are sliding off or missing... cheese on 3.5 pieces of a medium CHEESE ONLY pizza. Read more
Ordered Gluten free pizza. It was soggy wet bread, but oddly dry and crumbly. It had next to NO cheese on it. This was the most... unsatisfactory pizza I've ever eaten in my life, including frozen. I feel so angry, I spent over $60. Our family chose youbecause I unfortunately have health issues, and Everyone else had okay looking pizza but my Pizza, the most expensive oneordered was terrible. Pizza Hut's pizza is actually better than all the pizza chains available in the Kitchener Waterloo area. They also maintain... contacless preparation as well as delivery. I am a big fan of their veggie pizza. Read more
Pizza Hut for the last few years has been my favorite pizza! It's usually delicious. I haven't had any for a couple months and... they've moved location, and the last experience this is the worst pizza I've ever had. Below is a pic. No sauce at all - thebutter chicken and supreme had about 1/10th the sauce normally. No toppings - the crust was 1" thick around the outside and wasbland. The crust and bread was almost inedible and undercooked. Just aweful This is honestly the worst pizza I've ever had.Garbage. If I could give negative reviews I would. Aweful. By far the worst pizza place I've ever encountered. I was sick and left instructions to deliver my order right to my apartment.... Delivery driver refused to deliver my pizza to my apartment and gave me attitude when I came down to meet him. After contactingPizza Hut over Twitter and via a survey they sent me, they refuse to contact me about it. I've been told by multiple people Iwould receive a call but they refuse to reach out when a customer has an issue. I'm happy others have had good experiences butwhen they do make a mistake, they'll refuse to rectify it or to so much as acknowledge it by reaching out to you. Their customerservice is a joke.
