We went to Swan Pizza on weekday around dinner time. We got a X-Large Butter Chicken Pizza ($17). The wait was about 20 minutes,... we?re not sure if it was ready before but no one came to give it to us. For some reason there?s no one at the front of the storeto greet customers, they only come out when someone walks into the store. The pizza was alright, nothing too special but whatwas disappointing was that it didn?t taste like butter chicken at all. It just tastes like regular tomato sauce and chicken,which the sauce was on the sweeter side. The crust was also overcooked since it was so hard. Fun custom box got these northern kids right excited. $12.37 taxes in gets you a large pep with a signature sesame crust. As you... can see from the flop test, she's a floppy boy. Gives you greasy pizza hut pan pizza vibes. Salami style pep under the cheesemeans huge soggy factor. Nice pizzeria but very small pizzas! The pizza was really good and they put sesame seeds on the crust that is a nice touch. They... have very unique pizza options and lots of customization that you can make to the pizza. Delivery can take a long time so beprepared for that. Read more
Ordered the special (one large and 6 wings) to be delivered and got in ~20 minutes. The service was good and very friendly. They... had lots of unique topping options (we got the butter chicken pizza) - it was very flavourful and tasted like butter chicken,and the crust had sesame seeds. Th wings were also good in terms of seasoning and crunchiness. Overall a good experience andwould order again due to the unique and vast selection in pizza toppings and friendly service. Read more
Would rate lower if possible after my interaction with the manager at this location. Which is disappointing considering I've... had good experience before. So I had ordered 3 of my pizza's with pepperoni, which the meat he claimed is pepperoni mostcertainly is not. It was an odd texture and looking closer seems to be some kind of salami or sausage? So I called hoping toget some help on at least a partial refund considering this happened to 3 of 4 pizzas I ordered. He was not apologetic, instead informed me that I am wrong, and he can make it in front of me to prove that I am in fact wrong. ( not a greatexperience to have someone say no you're wrong, I can make you the same incorrect pizza again and thats all) . Thisconversation became very unpleasant when it started off polite and calm . A good amount if being talked over and was HUNG UP ONwhen I again declined to take the exact thing I said I wasn't happy with. Said he would only refund my money if i drove 40 plusmins round trip to return it. ( yes wanted me to bring in partly bitten food to the restaurant during covid restrictions) continued to push for me to take replacement of the exact same thing I already expressed I'm not happy with and didn't orderwhatever this " pepperoni " is . Love the unique crust with sesame seeds and their flavours. I ordered paneer tikka pizza and absolutely enjoyed eating it with... my spouse. 9/10 - will order again to try other flavours , maybe butter chicken next!!!! Read more
