I am disappointed with the service at this location. First, the two baristas working did not even greet me or beckon me to... approach the til. I felt as though they knew I was there but continued talking for about a minute before I just walked up tothem (I was clearly not deciding on a drink and made this quite obvious) and second the drink I ordered (it was one of theiradvertised drinks ) was nothing like how it is supposed to be made (I have had this drink many time before). You've got to love a place where everybody knows your name! Unfortunately, the campus location doesn't do those little things... that other Starbucks locations do - like redeeming points cards or taking mobile orders. Read more
Waited half an hour in line for the barista to miss 2/3 items I ordered, and just give me the drink which I had to show her... multiple times to get her to put on the order, which she charged me double for. Utterly incompetent Read more
