The first time I?ve ever been to a Starbucks in my life was here on June 24th, 2019. I even mentioned about this to one of the... baristas there who took my order. She was surprised and this all happened way before the pandemic?I ordered the vanilla mochaFrappuccino- my sister?s suggestion and it tasted great. I loved it. Worst customer service I?ve ever experienced. I ordered a venti pumpkin spice latte and a tall strawberries and cream frap.... Neither of them were made correctly, and when I saw the guy pick up a grande cup to make my psl I said ?it?s supposed to be aventi? he replied ?well this is how it was rung in? without bothering to look up at me, and then he continued to make the drinkwrong, used watery gross whipped cream and left out the cinnamon. If I?m paying $7+ per drink I sure as hell expect them to bethe correct size and have ALL of the ingredients used. This location is so great, because the people who work there are so lovely! Always impressed by the energy there - Dom never... fails to make you smile, Ayse is so sweet and hardworking, Nina?s always workin their tail off and making the best drinks, andso many more incredible employees work together to make this a great spot to stop in - So grateful to have this amazing team asmy local go-to! Got a grande iced blonde americano here today and it clearly was 2 shots rather than the 3 it?s supposed to have OR their blonde... espresso was pulling incorrectly/the hopper was partially empty. The drink literally tasted like water that someone whispered?espresso? next to. My bf went back to ask them for a remake and was told ?sorry it?s bc there was too much water in it, we?llput less ice in it this time? which makes absolutely zero sense since an americano is literally just espresso and water. Forcontext I?ve been a barista for 4 years so I know if an americano was made correctly or not. I order from this locationfrequently - in fact I got the exact same drink yesterday and it was made perfectly. Yesterday?s was very noticeably darker aswell and didn?t taste like literal water. If you made a mistake just own up to it and apologize, it?s not difficult to do. Read more
The workers at this location are so amazing! Not only are they polite but they go above and beyond to make it the best possible... experience!
