Waited over 20 minutes for my drink which I ordered over the counter. Requested light ice and I truly believed they added extra... ice. It went almost to the top of the cup. Poor quality drink once again and not worth $6. The value is not there. I'll belooking elsewhere in the future. Read more
It is annoying that every time I have to remind them to stir the coffee. Also, from what I've seen they don't have a measuring... gauge for the milk and cream , so when you order double double could be single single or triple triple - big no no. Compared toTimmy's where sugar and milk have predefined measured portions and have a dedicated spoon to stir the coffee , Starbucks is twosteps behind. Read more
I think something is wrong with their coffee machine. Had to take a coffee (triple mocha) back as it tasted of nothing at all.... They remade it but it still tasted of nothing. Very odd they're usually great. Read more
You stand around waiting for someone to take your order even though the shop is empty and there are 5 people behind the counter.... No one acknowledges you.... The tables have stains and chairs/booth have crumbs. I came on two different occasions at 7am andsat at the same table and the sticky stains were never cleaned. I cleaned them myself using a napkin and the sanitizer by thegarbage.... Read more
