This is for the Zehr's Conestoga Mall Location. I understand that this location has recently opened, but I think that it is safe... to assume that a latte is made with milk and not water. Needless to say, my friend and I both ordered iced lattes here, butreceived a drink made with powder, syrup, water, and only a SPLASH of milk. Also, it seemed that the baristas did not know whatthey were doing as there was no manager/more experienced barista present. 2 stars because the location is good and I think theycan definitely improve.
