Very bad food, worst subway I have ever been I have not even completed my sub it was so bad end up putting it in garbage.
The food is not fresh, which goes against Subway's own slogan. I had nausea for the rest of the day. Everywhere you go it's the... same story, a similar trend. People who don't belong in the food industry and have no concept of hygiene, handing out foodpoisoning at high prices. Read more

This is a horrible subway location. The staff are incredibly rude, especially it seems to women. I understand if you're making... multiple sandwiches it might be easier to put the toppings on at the same time, but by doing so they don't listen and addtoppings that weren't asked for and then refused to remove them or make a new sandwich. They also seem to deliberately put fewtoppings on. I got maybe 5 pickles on a footlong, so on my next order I asked for extra and got 8. It's such a disappointinglocation. Hello, Please don't play with customers. Give a food quality and quantity as per we are paying. today I am so disappointed... with the subway. And sharing my experience. The order is not as per my requirements, I placed the order by using the onlineSubway app. Bread is too dry and it's like gum. I asked for more white as well as black Olives but I hardly find Olives. My subis full of lettuce hardly find any other requested ingredients. There is no spinach, no onion, tomatoes and no cheese atall. Only they added a few jalapeno papers. The sub is not cut properly, one side is too big and another side is small. I askedfor sauces but again the quantity is very very little. I received a sub with dry bread and full of lettuce. Today it's was toosnowing in Waterloo that's why I placed an order online but I am very very disappointed with the food quality. Read more

I had a deal on my Subway app that said I could buy a sub and drink and get a sub free. I clicked it and selected scan in store.... They ended up charging me for two subs and a drink and wouldn't honour the app. Ridiculous. I explained and showed them and theysaid sorry we can take that. I would never go there again! Read more
