Why can?t they follow simple instructions written on their own app orders. I ordered a few days ago and added more sauces but... there was hardly any sauce in my sub. Today I ordered again by app but specifically went in store and requested them to add moresauces as mentioned. They answered that they have very less sauces left. After I came home and ate, it was full of some sweetsauce which I hate. I never add any sweet sauce as I?m a spice lover. Even after mentioning more sriracha and more black pepper,all I got is a nasty sweet sub. Read more

Worst customer service!! Associates taking to each other and giggling while I was trying to order! The crispy chicken i got on... my sandwich was uncooked and i cudnt even take a bite because it was raw meat! Had to throw my entire sandwich! No paper napkinswere given in my bag! Food is okay but employee definitely needs more training. They are talking, laughing while taking my order, and that makes them... not able to hear what I said. They are not paying attention when customers order. I said I want Smokey mustard and because thestaff were talking and laughing, they gave me the wrong sauce. Customer dealing is worst. Dont check the orders correctly and then tell the customer that its customer fault. Denies grilling... my sub giving me the reason all sauces will come out. Whereas I always order the same sub with same amount of ingredients andevery subway store cook grills it. Read more

I don?t generally write negative reviews, but I am inclined to do so after multiple incidents. Today ordered two 6inch subs,... and the employee making the sandwich did not have basic understanding of how much veggies to put. She put enough spinach for afootlong in one six inch sub which forced other veggies and sauce to fall outside. This kind of sandwich packing has beenregularly happening. Employees don?t seem to be trained on how to properly pack a subway sub. They seem to simply wrap thesandwich after hastily putting all the veggies and sauce haphazardly. So if you are someone who likes to have more than onesauce, you would be wise to avoid this place until they train their employees better. Read more

It?s a Subway? will always have ups and downs in terms of food quality. In general though, pretty nice place! Interior is... modern, seating is plentiful, and there?s a bathroom available 24/7. Not to mention, the proximity of the Subway to UW andstudent housing is too good! Read more

Subs are not bad and employees are OK. However more and more places seem to be removing any type of option for water (tap... water). I feel like with the heatwaves we've all been going through, being able to get a small cup of TAP(!) water withoutpaying 2 or more dollars should be a given. However this location has removed the option to get tap water from their machinesentirely (it previously had the option, meaning they put real effort into REMOVING IT from their machines) and doesn't provideany other option on request. I was under the impression that all places were required to have some sort of tap water forcustomers, but I guess franchise owners feel like the small cost isn't worth it. Pretty scummy and I'll be trying to avoid thislocation on principle whenever I can, as I do with all locations that are following this trend. Read more
