EDIT: Found a hair in the miso soup.. Rice was not new and fresh and the salmon tasted almost spoiled. Very unfortunate as this... was our go to for takeout sushi.. Also tried to call regarding the saba as it is not on their doordash menu. They couldn't doanything despite mentioning in my last review to call and ask. I think we will be ordering from elsewhere from now on.:( -- We have ordered from here twice now via uber eats and have really enjoyed Suki Sushi. They noted on the app that theyare allergy friendly. We have someone with shellfish allergies so this was very important to us. All the food was handledproperly and packaged with care even when we asked for the shellfish to be separated. The miso soup, salad, grated daikon,pickled ginger and wasabi taste very fresh and are packed in abundance both times. The sashimi fish is thickly cut, and tastesfresh. The rolls are very large but not from just rice - but also the filling! EDIT: The owner replied that they do indeed havea variety of sushi including Saba and Surf Clam! Best Sushi Take Out in town. I haven?t eaten there in the restaurant yet, but I have enjoyed the take out many times. I first... found them on Skip the Dishes and thought I would give them a try. I was having Netflix kind of weekend and needed some goodfood instead of traditional delivery. Suki Sushi did not disappoint. The servings are massive. The taste and presentation wentfor take out is amazing. I posted a picture of my recent take out. It tastes as good as it looks for sure. If you haven?t triedthem yet, give them a try. Ordered two rolls and a donburi and the food was mediocre at best. The rolls were very salty and had too much mayo/sweet sauce... on them. I can normally devour two rolls no problem, but I had a hard time finishing these. The donburi was also on the sweetand salty side. I wanted to like this establishment as it's so close to where I live, but I probably won't unless I have reasonto believe the food has gotten better. Read more
Went there for lunch last week. They have some bento boxes for decent price. It was delicious and portion was just enough. Food... quality was great in my opinion. Honestly, I think it's one of the few great sushi restaurants in the area. I would recommendthis place to my friends. Read more
Google says they open from morning to afternoon so We went there at 3:20 hoping to get some sushi. Sign at the door saying break... time 2:30-3:30. We waited till 3:30 and server came out saying their rice cooker is not working so they won?t open until 4. Ifyour rice cooker is not working, can?t you serve sashimi. If you are not open all day long, change your store hours! Read more
