We have a sunset grill in London and the breakfast there is always fantastic and fairly priced, I'm in Waterloo for business and... I decided to try to sunset grill here. The waitress that served me was extremely polite, quick and knowledgeable. The food cameout quickly and it's nice to see that the food, service and quality is consistent across the board because that is somethingmany restaurants struggle with. Just ate here today and it was amazing! Not only the food but the service. I was in at lunch time and the place was busy , non... stop people coming in. The food was hot , and filling The waitress was constantly over to fill drinks and ask about the food,great manners Even heard a lady behind me constantly complain about her food ( was nothing , one of those people who should justcook at home because so picky ) that waitress just kept saying sorry and bending over backwards ! A go to spot for breakfast food. It?s simple, relatively healthy, good portions and service is quick. The prices are also very... reasonable. I?d suggest having the sunset super. Easier gets you the most food in my opinion. Read more
The food is great and the restaurant feels clean and well taken care of, but what I found really stood out about this place was... the exceptional customer service! All of the staff members were so friendly and welcoming! Even though we came at their busiesttime of day, our waiter and all other staff members took the time to make us feel so welcome. You can tell this team genuinelycares about their customers dining experiences. I would highly recommend paying this place a visit! Read more
Portions and preparation was poor. When we called to express concern, my teenager was initially dismissed, and when I called the... woman who answered thought she had put me on hold and I proceeded to listen to her bad mouth my daughter and I. When I spoke tothe owner he said he would remedy the issue and to come the next day for a replacement meal(s), but instead the woman billed herfor two more meals and ?gave? her three - but didn?t - and then left the sausage out of the meal. Disappointing anddisrespectful service. So many other places to get a nice breakfast to go other than here. The owner really needs to reevaluatetheir customer service. Went here for the first time with friends & had a great time there. This place has one of the best pancakes in the town. It was... super fluffy & yummy. Fruit bowl was fresh & avocado toast was also one of the best one. I didn?t like waffle that much but itwas okay okay. I would definitely would recommend this place to everyone. Read more
