This is the one restaurant in Waterloo I truly wish I had the option to give 4.5 stars. Some dishes are truly amazing, but every... now and then they will have one that just falls short. We never had something that was actually bad, but sometimes it can bedisappointing. That said, it is the one restaurant in the region we always recommend. Awesome! Really enjoyed our night out at the Bauer Kitchen. Nice big open dining room with high ceilings and a slightly... industrial theme going on. Went there with some friends. The patio is now open and they have really good vibes. We ordered different dishes. Burgers, Bowls... and Pasta. The burger tastes really good and the fries are nice. Had an amazing experience at The Bauer Kitchen tonight. My boyfriend and I came to celebrate our anniversary and we have nothing... but good things to say. The service was great our waitress was friendly and amazing. I have a dairy allergy and the restaurantwas incredible with plant base items and alterations for allergies. Had a nice date night here good atmosphere, good food can be kinda loud on a Friday night but all in the fun. Some unique... cocktails must try but if you get to the dessert after dinner drinks they are very much worth it. Steak and meat were good couldbring more variety with grilled/sautéed veggies in the loop. But overall good ambiance, atmosphere food drinks and good companyyou will enjoy. Always a great dining experience at the Bauer Kitchen. Tried the Beef Tartar for the first time and it was pretty good. Loved... the beef short rib Gnocchi. Too stuffed for dessert sadly. Service was excellent. Waitress answered all my questions aboutthe menu. I'm looking forward to trying something new when I go again. Read more
