We recently stayed a few nights for a friends wedding. We were pleasantly surprised at how smooth check in was, and frankly, the... room was probably the cleanest hotel room I have ever stayed in. It was simple to leave and re-enter the building after checkin, as other friends and weddings guests were staying in other hotels in the area. The hotel was quiet, and well maintained. Thewashroom also had a heat lamp outside of the shower, which was a major plus! My ONLY minor complaint (as I have with everyhotel, really) is that the rooms are not soundproof. Conversations can be audible from the hallways, as well as the hotel staffcan be very loud (I don't believe intentionally) in the mornings while cleaning the hallways and rooms nearby. I am an earlyriser so it was not a bother for me, but my partner is not, and one of our nights was a very late one, so the morning chatterwasn't overly enjoyed. Read more

I was in a junior studio suite. Room was newly renovated, with a gas fireplace, pull out sofa and large TV. The sofa was a very... comfortable place to sit & read; the room was quiet and the brand new king bed was very comfortable. Hotel staff were veryfriendly and knowledgeable. Room wasn't ready when we went to check in at 4:30pm, and Bluetooth on TV refuses to work and keeps cutting out. paid 200$+ for... less than 18 hours in a room without a working TV or Bluetooth connection. Good if you need a bed to crash in, but there aremuch better options just across the road. Read more

We have been coming here since it first became a Marriott. We have always found the rooms super clean and staff very friendly.... However, on our most recent visit of August 12th, there was one employee who was incredibly helpful and her name was Olivia. Ithas been a long time since I've met an employee anywhere that was as enthusiastic and caring. Olivia bent over backwards toensure all our needs were met without us having to ask for assistance. Olivia was the most proactive person with a genuinedesire to ensure we were happy. Thanks for everything Olivia, you are the best!!!! Read more

Every room has now been updated. Very contemporary and large rooms with beautiful shower . Some prices include breakfast,... others do not, so watch for that. Free coffee all the time in the lobby. Unfortunately it was not well vacuumed with stuff onthe floor and on the bottom of the night stand. Read more

Extremely friendly, helpful and efficiently smooth check in. Didn't have a credit card. No problem. Used my debit card to pay... for the room. No problem. They took in two adults, a wheelchair bound child and a dog. Hampton Inn &Suites by Hilton wouldn'taccept debit plus deposit and kicked everyone out of their booked room after 9:00pm on a Friday evening. The hotel is clean and it isn't outdated. So we really like the rooms. The location is good since it's right next to the... Farmer's market and very closed to the train station. Now, the service isn't that good. I didn't like that they don't dohousekeeping until the 5th day of your stay, if you need to have the garbage pickup or change towels, we were told that we hadto pay $50 ... So just imagine travelling with a baby that the uses diaper... They could at least change the garbage bags... Read more
