Easily the worst Tim Hortons in the province. The majority of the staff seems totally incompetent, including the managers. I?ve... seen this Tim?s mess up orders almost every single time I?ve gone. There have been countless times where myself or others had towait ridiculous amounts of time to be served or to receive their food. But worst of all is their total disregard for allergies.I have a friend who has an egg allergy (luckily not too severe), who likes to order the chicken bacon wrap without ranch. Almostevery single time he ends up having to return it since they put ranch on it. One day he didn?t notice the ranch (buried underthe other ingredients) and got sick from it. If he had a more severe allergy this would be very serious. The worst part is thestaff don?t seem to care that they messed up the order, not even apologizing. Staff don?t follow queue in delivering the orders.unable to manage high volume of customers. I had to poke them thrice to remind... the order I had placed. They completely forgot about the order and behaving rude. My coffee was cold by the time I got myfarmer?s wrap. Read more
This is by far the worst tim hortons i have been to. The service is so slow and the workers are so rude. The customers get mad... at the workers which makes it difficult to dine happily. My friend and I waited 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich that hasbeen sitting there the whole time? They had 4 people working on drinks, 1 at cash, and 1 at the drive thru, no one working onfood and we still had to wait 10 minutes for an order that should only take a couple minutes. Horrible! I got my coffee...cold coffee that is. And.... It was like they didn't add sugar. I had to wait 10 minutes for my... bagel which was not prepared the way I asked and naturally it was cold too! ???? I asked for it double toasted, not warmed. Honestly, worst tims. Got a wrap and vanilla cold brew. Upon the staff running around like chickens with their heads cut off... with no organization what so ever finally got my drink and in my car only to realize my drink doesn't have any cream. Not evenbothering going back to this location. Read more
This is the closest Tim from my home and I visit quite frequently but lately there have been lot of issues particularly with... night staff. From putting large lids in medium sized coffee cups, filling the cup entirely, taste not being consistent, to -waiting 10 minutes in empty drive through for just ONE iced coffee. Read more
Every time I?ve been to this location the service has been terrible. Order is incorrect consistently, once got a bacon grilled... cheese with no bacon. Today I was charged $2 extra and when confronted they claimed ?the screen is broken.? They refused toprovide a receipt claiming the machine was broken as well. After doing the math I was undoubtedly scammed. Guy looked high outof his mind too. Truly a staff that doesn?t care and I?d highly recommend you go around the corner. It's a Tim Hortons. The food was a bit lacking but most Tim Hortons have that probably. Location very good. Super close to... universities. Convenient and service was pretty fast considering there was a lunch rush going on around the time we were there. Read more
