From Monday until Wednesday of this week I have gotten a large triple triple. Ever since I have gotten that coffee I have felt... an odd burning sensation in my stomach and nauseous to the point where I barely felt like eating. I haven't experienced this atother Tim Horton's and I don't even see experience this sensation when I make my own coffee so I'm not sure if they are makingtheir coffee wrong or what, but I won't be getting coffee from there again. Order was cancelled online for no reason then said I have to go in to get a refund well apparently I can only talk to the... manager but she is SO hard to reach due to her managing a couple stores (which is understandable). Apparently the other staffdon?t know when she will be in I just gotta keep trying cause ya I have all the time in the world. Even when I first startedtalking to her she was extremely rude to me right off the bat for NO reason. I mean if you hate your job that much or people whyare you even working here, really. Finally the manager got a hold of me today a month later?she was VERY nice helpful andaccommodating im glad I finally got a hold of her!! Read more
Was given a 5 dollar bill for my change. Expressed that I believed it was a counterfeit and asked for loonies and toonies in... replace of it. To which the supervisor told me to go exchange it at the bank they don't take fake money. To sum it up "here isfake money for your real money and if you don't like it bring the fake money to the bank".... Check your bills. Proceed withcaution. To me it has nothing to do with the money value and everything to do with the principle!!! Read more
Worst Tims in the Waterloo region. Long wait time and that too not because they are busy, but the staff is slow and doesn?t... care. They take around 10-15 min for one order while there is a long line-up. When asked about it the staff was veryunprofessional and rude. Won?t ever recommend this store to anyone. Read more
It's Tim's, so food and coffee is the same as you'd expect anywhere. But somehow this location, which doesn't even have a... drive-through to deal with, can have 8 people working and still consistently take 15-20 minutes to make your order incorrectly. Read more

Consistently the slowest Tim's I've ever been to. You can be the only person in line and still wait a few minutes before being... served. The staff are very busy... Just not busy serving the people in the restaurant. Read more
