This is the worst Tim Hortons I have ever seen. The staff is very soft spoken and loveable but it could not make my review... sweeter. I have ordered chai with added sweetener, almond sweetness, milk and sugar but they haven?t added any of the item andhandover me as it is so my chai was totally tasteless, it?s just a water so I just wasted my money on that! As a UW student, I came here all the time. I have no complaints ? they have timely service, and pleasant workers.

Always come here for breakfast, everything was good until today. I ordered strawberry dream donuts but received chocolate dip.... When I went back for an exchange, the lady at the window said that I asked for chocolate dip when I know I answered STRAWBERRYto the drive thru speaker. I tried to be nice and offering making up the difference but she thinks it's my fault and wasn'tnice. Read more
Ordered 3 coffee, 1 tea and two turkey sandwiches. Got to takeout window and paid. Guy forgot the sandwiches so gave them to us... for free! Good customer service. Read more
