Spacious place. There weren?t many customers dining in at that time (between 2pm and 4pm). Had a good time with a friend. Good,... quick service. I find Wendy's to be our favourite fast-food restaurant. In addition to great burgers and fries I often enjoy one of their fresh... made salads or chili. Burgers are fresh, not frozen. .This location has lots if tables, is very clean and staff is friendly andefficient. High chairs for children. Handicap parking spot available. Read more

Nothing wrong with the food or the service bit I felt it is little weird related to atmosphere. It is a large space somewhat... shabby looking and not very inviting to sit down and have food. May be it is because of large amount of online orders but notsure exactly. Though it is in a very busy place with a large number of students from the university, when you are in there youfeel like you are in a deserted area but not in a good way like in a calm and inviting place. I don't write reviews very often but after this last visit i have the motivation to write these observations: - Food was very... tired looking, old patties that had next to no flavour, and were VERY dry. - Fries were soggy and old, they also had the tasteyou get when fryer oil isn't changed. - Staff (except one, she was decent) were unfriendly and seemed uninterested in listeningto my order or in getting it given to me correctly. - I asked for a Big Bacon Classic with cheese and was told "We don't have abig bacon classic" which i found odd because it advertises that very product on the online menu, instead they had variations onthe menu inside... very strange. - *DECOR* I can honestly say that having spent 30+ years in the area where this location is,and having visited it many times in my past absolutely NOTHING has been changed or updated. The salad bar lights are still onthe ceiling despite having no salad bar. It is truly like walking into a time machine, even the carpets are the same, I keptwaiting for black cats to appear on the floor indicting I was still stuck in the Matrix... Honestly if they haven't even updatedthe front of the house i can only imagine what its like where we can't see, in the kitchen. - Lastly they messed my order upBOTH of the last two times i visited forcing me the 2nd time to go inside to "avoid" this very problem which happened yetagain. Whoa! 1985 is calling and it wants its store decorator back! Time for an update wendys. ?.30 min later?. Now that I?ve... received and eaten my food I?m utterly disgusted with this place. The only thing that was the temp it was supposed be was theice. Got the wrong change back, fries stone cold (sent them back for new ones and got half cooked fries in return. I eat outa lot and I?m never coming back to this dive again!!! Buyer beware. Read more
I have been here a bunch, and I've always been happy with their service and quality of food. This ONE time we attempted an... online order and the printer was unplugged... ( I think ) so it was way less efficient than it could have been. I'm sure it wasa once in a million situation... But still. Read more
This location ALWAYS looks run down and dirty . the place needs a makeover ! The carpets are old and stained and smell . We both... got the Son of Baconator and there so much grease dripping from them , not sure if it was the pattys or the bacon that caused it. We needed extra napkins just to soak up the grease before attempting to eat it ???? Read more
