Very upset that I had to drive into Waterloo because Marshall was closed already I was coming from Deerfield.. get to Waterloo... and I can?t get what I want because they closed the tuna down 45 mins early before close so I wasted a trip to the second subwayall for nothing. If I could leave 0 stars I would. Horrible customer service. My fiance and I were there to get 2 simple subs.... 2 employees... working, not busy at all.. But my sub gets forgot on veggie table. They then try to charge me for 2 sub meals. And had anattitude about it the whole time. Most def will NOT be going back there... Read more
I am so done with this subway. Every time I get something from here something is always wrong. 1 time I had 0 meat on my chicken... teriyaki 2 time my sub was ice cold when asking for toasted 3 time items missing that I asked for And many more. I have gottenahold of the so call manager and she NEVER DOES ANYTHING!!!!!!!!!! I used to be a manager of a subway myself and anytime therewas a problem we would give a coupon of free items and restored how subs are made. All she has to say was we were trying newthings.
