This burger king is always kept clean. The crew people and the managers are very polite. They make my food fresh hot and served... fast. When I am dining in with my family they bring my food to me. They treat the customers with very good respect. I would comehere every single time it?s the best one to go to. Never have issues with them. Well recommended. Read more

This burger king is by far the best burger king I have ever been to. I have not been a big fan of burger king for some time... now, but that has changed. Jason is a great manager, and he has such a great team! I would absolutely recommend this burgerking to anyone! Read more

This place is awful. They constantly short food on the orders. I'm beginning to wonder if that's a management ploy to make some... extra money. This time I went in and I was told that they didn't feel like preparing a menu item because I was an hour tooearly. No big deal but then why have it on the menu? I won't stop that's cool. Update 9/2022 - has been much more smooth recently. I will give them credit for improving both the look and service of the... restaurant. Update: I have never seen a more dysfunctional restaurant. The signs at the drive thru are falling down. Therestaurant takes orders through the app, only to tell you there isn't any food. I ordered an impossible whopper, French fries,and a milkshake. My delivery driver had to call me to inform me they are out of everything. EVERYTHING. How can a store functionlike this? I enjoy burger King but this franchisee is the biggest disaster I have ever seen. I'm not really sure that I've everhad an entirely smooth process at any burger king. This time, I ordered on the app to expedite the process. I got to the drivethru and they informed me they were all out of every kind of chicken, French fries, and milkshakes. They replaced the Frenchfries with onion rings (which I suppose would have been good if I ate onion rings) but it still took me 15 minutes to getthrough the drive thru when there was only two cars ahead of me. They're very nice employees but I don't really understand howyou can be out of half your menu. Read more

#BurgerKing how do you allow this location in Watertown, CT 06795 to operate this way? Absolutely HORRENDOUS. On Mon. 12/6/2021... shortly after 4pm (review your security camera footage for validation) NO MASKS BEING WORN IN KITCHEN OR FOOD LINE! 0 employeesworking & handling food as well as customer facing had masks on. None. Further, only 2 of the 5 working and handling food had ongloves. (I know this due to the girls showing off their Freddie Krueger nails over the fry bin.) Speaking of the 2 girls workingthe fries, both should have had their hair tied back or up in a net. One girl (white girl) had hair down to her knees. In aCOVID world this is all disgusting & unacceptable all while they're yelling, shouting & joking around unprofessionally. Besidesthe above, the location is DISGUSTING from outside to inside. Why anyone would attempt to eat here no one knows. If COVID was afast food restaurant, it would be this Burger King. PS: I wouldn't serve this food to my dog. Read more
