My wife and I got our cake here for our wedding. We did a two layer cake with an almond flavored bottom tier and an a carrot... cake top tier. The cake was delicious. Despite the light teal coloring to the frosting, you could not taste the food coloring atall. All you could taste was the delicious cake. And it was a beautiful cake. We had gone to another wedding prior to ours thathad a very similar cake and the one from Hardcore both looked and tasted better. We were very happy with this cake. Read more

First time here. I was excited but there was not a good selection. The cupcakes did not look fresh but I bought them anyway. Sad... to say they were awful. Dry and tasted strange. Picked up a half dozen and the 1st one is delicious and was devoured almost immediately after getting home with it. The space... for the shop is perfect,and so sparkling clean, when you finally figure out where it is in the building(1st time in the newplace)???? wish the signs were bigger by and in the building, I saw the sign and truck by the road so I knew I had the rightlocation, definitely recommend to family and friends, worth figuring its location out???????????? An amazing bakery! I came in on a Wednesday to order a cake for Saturday. There were only going to be a couple of us so I went... with an 8" cake. They failed to tell me that it would be 8" tall as well! The cake was scrumptious! A very nice crumb andchocolate flavor to the cake itself. The frosting was plentiful and oh so good. The in-between layers were carmel frosting andreally really really good! Even the fondant piece they put the name on was tasty (something that is hard to say about fondant). I was excited to for the Razzle Dazzle I ordered for a birthday and it looked lovely, but sadly it did not meet flavor... expectations. Online it says that the Razzle Dazzle cake is supposed to have raspberry preserve and raspberry filling alongwith an array chocolate and chocolate ganache ones. However, much to everyone?s disappointment who tasted the cake, there are notraces of raspberry flavors anywhere in the cake (only little rosettes outside of it), which was the reason why I ordered thecake in the first place. While you can kind of taste the raspberry cream by itself on the outside rosettes, it is completelydrowned out by chocolate when eaten together and defeats the purpose. Reached out to bakery and they explained that theraspberry preserves are really just mixed in the cream inside and it?s basically a chocolaty cake, which did not match thedescription. First and last time for us. Edit: Bumping to 3 stars - The shop offered to redo the cake with altered flavor formore raspberry; however, I declined since that's not really how the cake tastes normally. Read more
