This location closes randomly at 6pm or limits the amount of food you can order. Between that and making you wait at the speaker... so they can fudge their wait times this place should fire their manager and entire staff. Waited 25 minutes and counting inline. On the rare occasions that I actually get fast service they leave items out of my order and get an attitude when I comeback for it visibly annoyed. Total waste of time. Read more

Never ever again Watertown Taco Bell. If they actually do have meat on the days we decide to go or aren?t closed or have a huge... pot hole to flatten a tire through the drive through then the food taste horrible. Spent way too much $ on Taco Bell for myfamily for every hard shell to be inedible stale and taste burnt. Not too mention the line for our bathroom right now wasn?tworth it. And 1/10 times you get someone friendly at the drive through. Other than that you feel like a bother. We will bemaking our own tacos in this house from now on, no thanks Taco Bell. Read more
I don?t go to this Taco Bell often but my husband requested this one because it was closer to the house. When i went through the... drive through the staff were gossiping, on top of when my husband ate his food it tasted like cleaner was in it. I then took abite because i though he was crazy. It tasted like they sprayed food cleaner in the soft tacos. I checked reviews and this isnot the first time that food cleaner was reported. I will be calling the health department and reporting them. I decided to eat here for dinner, and I cannot believe how unbelievably sick I got? from three supreme tacos and a Pepsi! The... tacos tasted kinda gross, but I didn?t think anything of it. This is the best Taco Bell in the area. I drive here from Torrington several times a week because the store in the town I live... in is awful. This store in Watertown is the best. The food is always hot, fresh and full. The people are super nice and I neverhave to wait long. Keep up the great work and thank you so very much! Read more
Just went through the drive through for breakfast. It was 9:04. The lady told us they were not open yet, so we simply asked,... "what time do you open?". And she replied "does it matter what time we open, we don't have food ready yet". Extremely rude andnot needed at all. We were simply asking a question. I am never one to complain but I seriously hope this is addressed andfixed. Read more
