We have had burgers, chicken sandwiches and fries at the new Watertown location and the food was great. We frequented the... Waterbury location which had good service and quality and the food quality in Watertown is equivalent. The thing is...it ismuch more convenient as we are mins away. I wanna like this place so bad. It's got style, it's got great food... But a good meal here? It cost me and my dad forty five... freakin' dollars. Now, I'm a freak? I order a five patty burger with just cheese and ketchup. You can even order this kindaburger online? sorta. You'll probably end up ordering a triple instead. How'd we spend forty dollars? Well, the drinks are fourbucks per, and each additional patty on a double is FIVE EXTRA DOLLARS. Considering most burgers are doubles and cost ten bucks,this makes sense. Y'might be asking though, "five patties, what the hell?" It's because the patties are actually super thin.They use these pucks of meat which flatten out big time. Delicious and greasy, but also, very shy on the actual meat. When I wasyounger, the place next to Waterbury was the one I went to, and a quintuple there was twelve bucks. Got one every week. But I'dgamed the system long enough and eventually the price went up to fourteen bucks. I stopped coming. Now? The same burger's likenearly eighteen dollars. Wow. So my dad's meal, which was just a double with a drink and fries, was fifteen bucks. Mine wasalmost twenty-five. The price is reasonable if you like the doubles on their own, but they aren't filling for their price. Aone person meal at a fast food place shouldn't be twenty dollars. especially not with the competition in this area. I'dconsider this a luxury burger place, not a competitive one. You can get much more meat for much less by just cooking up someground sirloin yourself. Also, without asking, they trashed our receipt so we couldn't even get the exact breakdown. My dad waspretty sure he got scammed, even if I was pretty sure it was just highway robbery! They got some dang good fries though! Read more

Very good and quick experience there. Girl on the phone very friendly, easy to talk to and understand everything perfectly.... Ordered for 3 different people and orders were perfect. When getting there restaurant was very clean and welcoming. Girlupfront(who also took the order) was again very welcoming and friendly and had a smile on the entire time and very appreciated.Will certainly be going back to this wayback, specifically this one.
