I am such a huge fan of the hand-pulled noodle dishes that I rarely get anything else, although when I have it's been good. The... hot oil seared noodles are the favorite - a simple dish executed perfectly that is greater than the sum of its parts. Greatflavor from garlic, chiles, and a touch of vinegar, plus beautiful chewy noodles. The cumin lamb noodles is the other favor. Aton of cumin flavor without being overpowering. My family usually likes ordering here. However earlier today my family ordered a few dishes for lunch, and one of them was made... without fish even though it was supposed to have seafood. We called Home Taste, and the manager accused us of lying. Whoaccuses a customer of lying about their food being made wrong? He yelled and screamed, and told us “don’t come here again,we don’t baby you!” It was completely unprofessional. The restaurant does not treat their customers with respect. BEWARE - DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE! Got hair in my food from them once before, figured it was a fluke, tonight got the complete... wrong item, L18 is Beef with String Beans and Black Pepper, what I got was Beef, Onions, and Green and Red Pepper, not evenclose to String Beans. So I call and say hey, you gave me the wrong order. I was then told that I got the right order and thatthe Beef with String Beans and Black Pepper no longer comes with...wait for it...String Beans!!! Wow, why not just say sorry nostring beans cause you can't just buy them anywhere by the bushel considering Watetown is so rural and all. I then say this isnot what I ordered and I am told it is. He said my menu was wrong and a new menu is available, which may be so but I said Iordered off your WEBSITE where it clearly says STRING BEANS so don't give me that lie. So I said let me speak to the manager orowner, surprise but they are not there...no wonder string beans don't come with string beans when ordered. Anyway I say havethem call me, which to their credit they do call me back... The guy said to me, I should drive to the restaurant after I paidfor and got DELIVERY and bring them back the food for a refund. So in leu of me spending my time driving back to the restaurantfor my $8 I told him I would post a 1 star review.
