Workers could care less about customers and the service provided. Sees one customer walk into the empty store, takes a minute to... finish the face time call they are having then responds with "what do you want". Stopped here on my way back to nh after visiting my father whom was in the hospital for a quick bite well the sandwiches are... over priced for the little bit of meat. The Subway on 59 Mt. Auburn Street, Watertown, MA is the closest restaurant to my home. I visit it with my friend often, and... lately we were very disappointed! They changed their staff and a new female employee was hired and she is currently working. Shepacked the veggies very disorganized, which caused the sandwich to fall apart right in my hands. Some may argue that I put toomuch veggies, buy I've never had any issues with other employees. Also she doesn't know the difference between "regular" and"less." Please hire a new employee who knows how to make the sandwichs and doesn't listen to music while making them. Read more
