The service was great. The gentleman up front was super helpful. He explained the menu and helped us order. They couldn't have... picked a better person to be up front. We ordered Bubba BBQ burgers with fries and onion rings and 2 drinks. Our meal came tojust under $30, which honestly isn't that far off from the price of 2 meals at mcds, but the meal was a heck of a lot better andit was SO worth it. Opted for the chicken fingers as they have been recommend below. They come breaded and indeed crispy and somewhat juicy... inside. 5/7 pieces had a piece of fat or grizzle and just kind of killed the experience for me. Who ever prepared them quicklydidn?t cut off the fat. Also, the chicken seems like it sat around waiting to be dipped in the oil or frozen. Read more
Another google find. Place had a nice feel to it. Staff didn?t want to answer questions about their items ?I don?t know? was... their reply to my question about ?Is the Bisson burger grass fed too?? My wife had the veggie burger that was ?charred? burnt onthe outside and not very flavorful. I had the grass fed burger that was very dry. The fries were not crispy as stated on themenu and website. The onion rings were decent. The strawberry frappe was good. Staff didn?t acknowledge our thank you whichseemed a little odd. Not sure if I would recommend this place based on our experience. I rate restaurants with a 3 pillar concept (service, atmosphere and food) they hit all to achieve 5 stars. Service: We were... greeted right away and they helped us with the menu as we were new customers. You have to order and then they take the food toyou. They were pretty quick to bring our food to our table (8 minutes). Atmosphere: The overall inside decor is southernTexas flare. The place is very clean from tables to bathrooms. It wasn't loud, but we attended the restaurant on a off hour ona weekday. I'm sure it gets crowded, but they have enough room for large groups. Food: These are simply great burgers. I hadthe Rio Grande medium rare. It was superb and had enough heat from the chili peppers. I think they were 1/3 pound burgers andcooked to perfection. We also ordered onion rings and French fries that were crispy and priced accordingly. I ordered a mochafrappe. Great pair with the slightly spicy burger. I would recommend anyone to try this place out as they also have plenty ofparking and you can't go wrong with this burger joint. Please note price is higher than most burgers, but they can't compare. The burger patty was juicy and thick probably the most juiciest burger I?ve ever had. It?s had richness and simple seasonings.... The sweet potatoes fries were crunchy and just right not greasy. The ranch sauce they had was actual real ranch sauce you cantaste the real Ingredients in it. Might be the best burger spot in the Boston area.
